Still some Brutes who havent paid dues

Fitness and Performance

3RFT
100m Run
10-Strict HSPU(scale reps but don’t kip)
200m Run
14-Walking Lunges 50s/35s
400m Run
15-GHD Situps(scale to 30 ABMAT)

If you cant do strict HSPU RX then scale to no more than 2 abmats but must be strict. If you need more than that or still cant do strict then do heavy dumbell shoulder press.

Bonus:
Back Squat
5×5 Build to Heavy set
