A. 15-Unbroken Power Snatch 75/55
B. 30-Double Unders
(If you cant do DU then do attempts for 40 sec.)

Rest 5 min

2. 6 rounds for time:
3-Deadlift 315/225
7-Box Jumps 30/24
(Deduct 15 min from total time for part )
