Build to heavy single

2. 4 Rounds for Time
400m Run
50-Air Squats
rx+ BACK squat with 45/35 bar but needs to still be pretty much unbroken

Squat Challenge Squat of the day is the Front Squat so the reps done in the warm up cant count towards your daily total
