WODLIFE will be at the gym starting at 3:30pm class

1. Spend 15 min working on Handstand walk.
If you have never done a handstand work on that.

2. 4 rounds for Reps
On a 3 min clock do:
500m ME Row
ME Pushups with remainder of 3 min

Rest 3 min

(Score is Pushups each round. Record 4 separate numbers)
