1. Pause Front Squat (3 sec pause at bottom each rep)
3×3@70% can go up each set but must maintain pause and 3 reps

2. 15min AMRAP
20-walking Lunges
10-Burpees
30-Double Unders(3/1 singles)

3. 3×10(5R,5L) KB Halo
