then

2 Rounds
20-Cal Ass Bike
20-Pullups
(leave assault bikes priority for those going RX. People using band on pullups can use airdyne bikes and 28 cal each round. If Class is small enough can start on a 6 min stagger so everyone can use Assault Bike)
